For some of you, I realise you may have lost interest already but hopefully you'll read along anyway with us well-adjusted people.

We are coming to the end of our financial year which for you will mean a flood of courses over the next six weeks and then a quiet July while we regroup. I have tried to make this newsletter more comprehensive but easier to use by making the contents links on the left hand side more detailed. Let me know if you have any feedback - I really want to make this an enjoyable and useful read for you!

1.  Business Strategy  -  June 7th
Why is my business going to succeed? 

During this workshop we will explore how to achieve performance excellence by creating a vision for your business, establishing business direction and working to achieve and also measure & maintain excellence.

2.  Marketing 1 - 14 June
Market research

Marketing is the art of finding profitable opportunities.  To do this well you need to know who your customers are, who your competitors are, what your offering is and how you are going to connect with your customers.

3.  Marketing 2 - June 21st  
Target your marketing

What is my product?  How do I need to present  my product to make it more attractive to my customers?  Is my pricing method robust? A good fit for my product?  Who will buy it? How will they know about my product? What will encourage them to buy it from me?

4.  Business Action Plan - June 29th
Just do it!

A good business plan is a living document that is in regular use.  It provides a central reference point for all the information relating to your business.  Learn how to make your plans work for you!

WGTN Succession Planning
