This programme will provide you with the knowledge and tools to assess your current processes as well as design future processes in a manner that avoids the problems that increasing scale often brings with it.

This programme is suited to the owners and managers of small to medium sized businesses that:
- Has been trading for at least one year
We have distilled the best practices from large corporate organisations into an informative and practical training suitable for small to medium enterprises.
At the end of this training participants will have:
- A better understanding of the principles of lean process development and how these can be applied to their business
- Assessed at least one of their business processes using our RBWA technique and will have identified where the waste is in that process and know how to go about eliminating this waste (and hence increase profitability) learned how to use a structured process improvement model that will help to eliminate waste from their processes
The programme has been split into 2 one day workshops: ( Lunch provided )
- First workshop includes an interactive learning session using the Aitch proprietary Lean Process simulation which will provide you with the basic understanding of the principles of lean process design. Note: there will be “homework”!
- Second workshop covers the development of business process and provides practical tools and examples to use in your own businesses. In this session we will also introduce you to some practical positive psychology and use this in getting you to outline your growth objectives.
