End Game Planning
Business author Stephen Covey, suggests the most successful business people have a clear goal in mind and plan their business backwards from this goal.
This workshop takes this concept and helps you turn it into a reality. Set a value and income target for your business 5 years in the future and work backwards to find out how this figure can be achieved.
Insights will be gained about the most effective ways to grow your business.
You will easily gain clarity about the steps required to achieve your business goal. End Game Planning allows you to grow your business now in a way that will greatly enhance your chances of getting to your ultimate goal in the future.
In this workshop we will cover :
- Establishing a financial long term goal for a business ( either profit or sale price)
- Working out what is required to achieve that goal
- Defining the actions required to reach that goal
