 “Winning in turbulent times”
Are you looking to take your business to the next level during these turbulent times?
When business conditions are harsh, you need to tune your mind and your company for success.
This series of six, 3-hour sessions focuses on business growth in tough economic conditions and arms participants with the knowledge and confidence to excel.
The programme covers:
- Utilising the power of Public Relations
- Challenger brand thinking
- Pricing optimization strategies
- Building sales innovation and flexibility
- Achieving your marketing goals
- Planning to actually succeed
The programme also provides the participants with the required tools to solve business problems in the future – powerful mental and physical approaches for your business.
Each session has a team component to encourage networking and cooperation - you will be encouraged to bring a business issue that you want solved, and the participants will work in teams to develop a strategy or tactical approach to assist in resolving the issue. All participants should go into this accelerator programme with a sense of excitement and trepidation.
Prior to start of programme: - All participants will agree to attend all the workshops (either personally or a substituted partner/staff member) - there is a teamwork component and it is important that each team member can rely on the participation of others.
- All participants to sign a confidentiality contract - people need to feel that they can openly discuss their business details.
- All participants to individually meet with the facilitator and go over the workshop content to determine their knowledge and experience levels.
- All participants to prepare a 5 minute presentation on their business.
