Managing your IMAGE is a critical component for a fashion/apparel business but is often something that is left to chance or approached in a haphazard manner. 


This programme will provide fashion businesses with a solid overview of all aspects related to managing your image and how this relates to the growth and profitability of your business.   It will be focussed on crafting a succinct and compelling story for your business, your product and YOU.

The six part series will include presentations from industry leaders and will cover:
  • Strategy, refining your key messages and your online presence
  • Branding and Personal Branding 
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Public Relations, Media and Advertising
  • Sponsorship and Event Management (i.e maximising your participation in fashion shows, photoshoots etc)
  • Action Plan – finalising your image plan for your business

Tui has worked with over 100 start up fashion businesses in her former role as Fashion HQ Incubator Manager and with many of New Zealand's leading apparel exporters during her time as the New Zealand Trade Commissioner based in Melbourne.  Tui's workshops are high energy, action oriented and tailored to the specific needs and challenges of this dynamic and exciting sector.
