Happy Christmas!
The year’s on December’s doorstep so we’d like to wish you a tinsel-fringed festive season and a very Merry Christmas!

The last month of 2005 is a great opportunity to reflect on and celebrate your business successes of the past 12. It’s a great time to review what has worked and what hasn’t – and then plan for the future using that insight.

One of December’s workshops, Taming the Monsters of Chaos, will help you do just that. Afterwards, join us for a sumptuous, end-of-year dinner at the James Cook Hotel.

We’d really like to thank you for your support this year. We’ve loved working with you all – and we’re already planning a new year packed full of interesting and challenging workshops, courses and training programmes.

The Biz Centre will be closed from 5.30pm, Thursday 22nd December until Wednesday 4th January. Workshops will recommence in mid-late January. Watch this space for details by mid-December!

Taming the Monsters of Chaos
This is one different kind of workshop! Successfully prototyped and run earlier in the year for Go Wairarapa, where it was wildly popular, we’re proud to invite you to this workshop’s Wellington debut.

Facilitated by Karl Baker of Metamorph Business Coaching, Taming the Monsters of Chaos focuses on capitalising on your experiences to increase the success of your business in 2006.

It’s a fun and challenging programme containing many creative and innovative ways to build your business.

After the workshop, join us and fellow participants to celebrate the year’s end with a set menu dinner at the James Cook Hotel.

The course, which is free to attend, will be held on Thursday, December 8th, 3pm-6pm, at The Biz Centre, Radio New Zealand House, 155 The Terrace, Wellington. Dinner will be held at the James Cook Hotel from 6.30pm. The meal includes a substantial buffet with wine and juice, and is $38 per head.

Please RSVP to
Renee by Friday, December 2nd on (04) 494 0990.

Hey I'm the customer!
Are you giving your customers a personal experience that leaves them feeling better than they did before they dealt with you? Connect with customers, build instant relationships and make them feel they’re Number One!

There’s no monopoly on fantastic service, so there’s plenty of room to be the best. Being known as the best business in your field is much more about the experience your customers have than the goods or services they’re buying.

Grow your business more efficiently with Hey I’m the Customer! You’ll explore customer service concepts and get practical tips on how to develop the kind of experience customers talk about and can’t wait to return for.

Tuesday December 6th, 2.30pm-5.30pm at The Biz Centre, Radio New Zealand House, 155 The Terrace, Wellington.

Please contact
Renee to book your place.

I'll get it done!
Everything is urgent – so how on earth do you prioritise ? I’ll get it done! provides a fresh perspective on getting the most out of the limited time you have available.

This workshop investigates activity versus productivity, and asks the question: what is productive and what is a priority?

Get out of the rush: build your business and live your life at the pace you enjoy.

Wednesday, December 7th, 9.30am-12.30pm at The Biz Centre, Radio New Zealand House, 155 The Terrace, Wellington.

Please contact
Renee to book your place.

These workshops are delivered as part of the Enterprise Training Programme, aimed at upskilling the owners and operators of small and medium enterprises to help them develop and grow their businesses. The programme is fully funded by the Government via New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) and is complemented by follow-up coaching designed to enable you to implement what you have learnt.
