Kelly McLuckie lives in Wellington and is a director of Success Formula. They work with brave, smart, innovative organisations to visualise and achieve success – lifting the game of a variety of NZ organisations.
Kelly’s background is varied and includes an 8 ½ yr career in the Royal New Zealand Navy. She holds a number of qualifications including a business degree from Auckland University and is a qualified Belbin Team Role profiler.
Kelly has a passion for people and their potential contribution to business success. She loves working with people on practical business solutions, and charging people up with what IS possible, and how THEY can achieve it themselves.
She is a director of Success Formula, an active Rotarian, and member of NZIM and HRINZ.
