Richard is a Director of the Kaizen Institute New Zealand, part of a global organisation offering the latest Kaizen/Lean methodologies. Kaizen Institute New Zealand specialises in Lean Office, Service and Lean Manufacturing and focuses on all aspects of business process improvement.
